Hatha Yoga

A course of therapeutic hatha yoga

  • It takes place once or twice a week at Reber 11 in Ljubljana in small groups
  • Individual workouts are also possible by prior arrangement

The program focuses on raising awareness of internal blockages and works on the principle of entering the “space of blockage” through breathing, visualizations, meditations, persistence in yogic postures with yogic aids. The most popular accessory is the bolster, which serves as a physical support and (symbolic) object for cultivating compassion and love.

It focuses on subtle asanas, expanding mindfulness, connecting with the emotional and energetic body, establishing contact with the inner child (different parts of one’s own personality), integration, deep relaxation techniques, Buddhist focus meditation, tuning in with one’s essence and opening channels for connecting with the source. We also learn the techniques of manifestation.

What is love?

Love is a very gentle, loving, compassionate treatment of the heart, says Thich Nhat Hanh. If we can’t be like that to our own hearts, then how can we be gentle and understanding of the world?

At the YOGA BREAK on Sunny Hill, in beautiful nature, in a supportive environment, with delicious and healthy food and really wonderful company, we listened to the energy of the heart – pain, joy, life force, magnetism, eroticism, depths that open up and fill with new experiences, magic, and above all love.
